In depth, line-by-line reviews include “yes/no” responses, text commentary, date/time/day information, proof of visit uploads, subjective impressions and a validation of location addresses.
If a mystery shop or customer interview does not meet our standards, an additional mystery shop or interview will be completed at our expense. When necessary, mystery shoppers are contacted for additional information or clarification.
