Consulting Approach
Phase I: Two-day preliminary assessment
A two-day preliminary assessment of your deposit operations is conducted to determine potential benefits. If your institution is operating at or near optimum profitability, we tell you. If we identify significant improvement opportunities, a proposal for a detailed review will be provided.
Phase II: Detailed review
The PPG detailed review is an in-depth, comprehensive review of your deposit operations. It takes four to eight weeks to complete, a small percentage of which is conducted onsite. The study includes a specific plan to guide improvements and our exclusive PPG Guarantee that benefits achieved will exceed our fee by a pre-determined multiple of the project cost.
